Online Purchase Return & Refund Policy (3 steps)
Step 1: Write to us at info@varycool.co detailing your intentions.
Step 2: Once you receive our confirmation reply, send us the item or items you would like to return to:

We do not cover shipping costs for returns, any charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not labeled correctly.
Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed online and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging with all the tags. We will not accept any returns if the apparel was used for any other reasons than fitting purposes. Bib shorts and tights must be tried-on over underwear for hygienic reasons.
